At April’s Aquarium Vancouver, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location across Vancouver or Canada.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
